How to Style: Cashmere knitwear & Sirens London Dresses

This week's 'How to Style’ is all about layering. Jude and Claire have styled their favourite new Van Kukil Cashmere knits with the beautiful floaty Siren's London dresses to help you wear fairly formal dresses day-to-day in a  casual and easy way.

Take a look at the video below

Outfit 1: All about the Pink!

Jude chose to pair her Sadie Sirens London dress with the new-in Jennie cashmere knit from Van Kukil in pink and added the matching scarf with some little ankle boots. This is a great way to wear a dress without feeling too dressed up plus we love how the pink cashmere pulls out the pink bird detailing in the dress.

Outfit 2: Forest Green

Next up, Claire has styled the floral Sadie dress very casually by layering a forest green chunky cardi, which ties together the green elements in the dress. She's added a red cross body bag, which again, pulls through the red tones in the dress and, to make the look even more casual, she's added her trusty chunky Shoe Biz boots.

Outfit 3: Nifty jumper tuck

We find that wearing a jumper over a dress can hide your waist and create a more straight up and down appearance, Jude switched this up a little by tucking her cashmere jumper into a belt creating a more hourglass  appearance - this is a nifty little trick we love. Jude paired the Riri floral dress with a purple/maroon toned knit and, for even more colour, she chose to pair it with her Nike trainers which have a pop of orange along with her orange tote bag.

Outfit 4: Olive

Lastly, Claire chose to style the new-in Jennie cashmere jumper, in olive, with her floral Riri Sirens dress. She’s pulled the sleeves up slightly to allow some of the dress fabric to peep through, chosen to accessorise with a Gucci belt and the fabulous Italian leather racing green leather biker jacket, then finished her look with the chunky Shoe Biz boots.

We hope you enjoyed this style -up video and are inspired to wear more dresses with knits.
